About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Tarlac Central Luzon. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment that are central to our operations. What you'll be doing

  • Designing, developing and optimising mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements
  • Conducting detailed analyses, simulations and testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into broader operational frameworks
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for existing mechanical systems and equipment
  • Developing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of mechanical assets
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in mechanical engineering
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our mechanical engineering processes and standards

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
  • Demonstrated expertise in the design, analysis and optimisation of mechanical systems and components
  • Proficient in using CAD software, project management tools and data analysis techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices
