What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional manner
  2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account-related matters
  3. Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
  4. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer service processes and procedures
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  6. Support other team members and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  3. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or customer-facing environment
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  5. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  6. Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers
