Facility Management Officer

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Management Officer to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities. The role ensures that all buildings, workspaces, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Candidates with an Architecture or Engineering background and experience in building systems and preventive maintenance are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements of company facilities and infrastructure.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure that buildings, utilities, and equipment remain in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related activities.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and systems.
  • Monitor utility usage, cost efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and internal company policies.
  • Prepare reports, plans, and proposals for facility projects or renovations.
  • Support space planning, layout designs, and office relocation activities.
  • Maintain documentation of service contracts, maintenance schedules, and facility assets.
  • Provide assistance during facility-related concerns or emergency situations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance coordination.
  • Knowledgeable in building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and facility management tools/software.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Willing to work onsite in South Caloocan City.
