Business Intelligence Developer

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Manila Business Intelligence team as a Business Intelligence Developer.The RolePerform data mining including predictive analytics and trends analysis
Design, develop, and visualize reports and online dashboards
Assist in creating a database that will store relevant data and/or a standalone data source
Work directly with stakeholders and business analysts to understand and document requirements
Create DAX scripts used to calculate required metrics presented in dashboards
Work closely with the database administrator, quality analyst, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of development work
Support data collection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of issues uncovered
Create required project documentation ensuring clarity, conciseness, and accuracy
Participate in the development of a project roadmap and provide work estimates
Comply with standards, best practices, and policies defined for the team
The RequirementsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of related business intelligence and reports development experience; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Power BIExperience in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual StudioProficiency with SQL and query development skills
Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualization
Experience with production support and troubleshooting report/data process issues; experience in developing reports, business requirement documentation, process flow diagrams, use cases, and testing plans
Ability to create presentation-ready visuals, mock-ups, charts, graphs, and summary reports within tight timeframes and demonstrate effective presentation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate to create reporting solutions
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and change
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new business requirements
Quick learner with the ability to apply new information, skills, and processes, building upon existing knowledge
Strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines and solve common BI problems with minimal guidance
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team
Creative and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
