· Prepares and submit accomplishment report/achievement report/ production report based on the agreed timeline.

· Manages quarry operation to ensure the compliance of employees to the SOP.

· Perform audit to ensure proper implementation of process, quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.

· Facilitates audits and inspection of client and other government regulated agencies and other operation related inspection requirements.

· Ensures the implementation of the approved client's Mining Plan from the development to production that will be in line to the project's overall budget.

· Supervise quarry unit operations which includes short term planning, loading, hauling and excavation.

· Closely monitor all areas of quarry to ensure that the extraction processing work is carried out to the highest standard.

· Manage and monitor production and development operations and ensure that the target production will be met with efficiency in accordance with the quarry operations' budget and timeline.

· Provide a safe working environment amongst employees, contractors and other ancillary operations without compensating the demand and schedule of supplies in the quarry area.

· Maintains good relationship with the client and resolves other conflicts and disputes within the organization.

· Ensure that all employees know the basics of quarrying and rehabilitation operations in the quarry area.

· Develop inspection system and checklists, development proposals and reports.

· Conduct performance evaluation to employees

· Ensures the compliance of the permits and licenses on time.

· Represents the company to any local and national agencies related to mining/quarrying operations.

· Performs tasks designated by immediate supervisor/management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
