Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in multi-plant coordination is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and weekly update of a 6-week rolling production plan for Luzon plants.
  • Ensure alignment with sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory policies.
  • Balance production loads across plants based on capacity, material availability, and lead times.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as % Achievement Rate (%AR), Days to Cover (DTC), and inventory turnover.
  • Provide weekly dashboards and variance analysis to senior management.
  • Drive corrective actions for underperforming plants or deviations from plan.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to enhance forecast accuracy and planning efficiency.
  • Train and mentor PPIC staff across Luzon plants to ensure planning best practices.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness.
  • Analyze plant capacity and recommend adjustments to optimize throughput and minimize bottlenecks.
