Responsibilities

  • Support the operations team by ensuring ad hoc and planned service tasks are scheduled safely and on time
  • Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors in alignment with service cases
  • Prepare customer quotes and invoices for unplanned service works and repairs
  • Arrange onsite inductions using platforms such as Rapid Global
  • Create and manage Service NetSuite Cases
  • Engage suitable local contractors for service work
  • Assist with coordinating inductions and required safety documentation for contractors with customer access permissions
  • Process vendor invoicing for warranty claims as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    2 years of relevant experience
  • Background in administrative work; experience in the
    renewable energy industry
    is an advantage
  • Highly organized; strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Office
    and
    Oracle NetSuite (required)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated customer-focused approach
  • Experience managing third-party contractors is preferred but not required
  • No recent job hopping (must have at least 1 year of tenure in previous roles)
  • Recent and relevant experience is required
