We are hiring a Technical Coordinator (Junior IT PMO) to support our IT projects in Diliman, Quezon City. This is a day shift onsite role (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with a competitive ₱30,000 +other salary package and HMO coverage from Day 1. The role involves project coordination, reporting, and supporting the PMO team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or a related role
  • Background or familiarity with IT PMO or project management tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis & reporting)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for the team and management
  • Coordinate with different departments to collect requirements and status updates
  • Support in monitoring budgets, resources, and project schedules
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and records
  • Perform data analysis and build visual reports using Excel
  • Help identify and escalate risks, issues, or delays in projects
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT PMO team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
