Responsibilities:

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies, especially developing in AI content creator communities.
• Manage the empowering system of CapCut creators and agencies. Delivering knowledge of the editing and platform regulations to creators and agencies.
• Responsible for pro-use content operation, including analysing high-value pro-use video template patterns and characteristics.
• Plan and manage the in-app or cooperation activity to improve the content experience for CapCut.
• Analyze data and metrics on content consumption and implement iterating strategy to improve overall performance of in-app content.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Media, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiar with creator recruitment and agency management as well as the monetization of the creators.
• Sensitive to short video platforms viral content or social media trends.
• Fluent in English. Professional in Thai language to communicate effectively with stakeholders across this market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good at data analysis
• Good passions about AIGC and latest AI video/image making tools
