Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for rewriting, adapting and optimizing the existing novel content to make it more suitable for the reading habits of platform users. Rewrite, adapt, and optimize existing novel content to better fit user preferences and platform style.According to the content positioning and client base, polish and localize the plot, character setting and dialogue. Polish and localize storylines, character settings, and dialogues according to target audience.3. Work closely with the content editor and operation team to ensure that the adapted novel content is consistent with the short play and marketing activities. Work closely with content editors and operations teams to align rewritten novels with short dramas and marketing campaigns.Continuously pay attention to the popular themes in the novel and short drama market, and propose creative topics and content innovation directions. Research trending genres and provide creative input for new content development.Ensure that the content complies with copyright regulations and complete the adaptation tasks on time and with high quality. Ensure all rewritten content complies with copyright regulations and deliver tasks on time.Qualifications;Bachelor's degree or above, major in literature, journalism, media or language is preferred Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Literature, Journalism, Media, or related fields.2.Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in novel writing, adaptation ,and editing, as well as experience in online literature and short drama screenwriting, are preferred.1-3 years of experience in novel writing, adaptation, or editing; experience in web novels or drama scriptwriting is a strong plus.Familiar with the style of online literature (such as light novels, romantic novels, urban novels, fantasy novels, etc.), able to quickly adapt and enhance the story tension. Familiar with popular online literature genres (romance, urban, fantasy, revenge stories, etc.) and able to enhance storytelling tension.Excellent Chinese and English reading and writing skills, able to handle Chinese-to-English, English-to-Chinese, or Chinese-Philippine localization content. Strong Chinese-English bilingual writing skills; ability to handle translations or localization (Chinese +> English / Filipino).Active thinking, solid writing skills, able to efficiently produce high-quality content suitable for the platform. Creative thinker with strong writing skills and the ability to deliver high-quality content efficiently.6. Have a sense of teamwork and be able to quickly adjust and optimize content according to market feedback. Team-oriented and adaptable to feedback for continuous content improvement.
