Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing planning.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of marketing theories and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in executing across various media channels (e.g., TV commercials, transit ads, streamers, digital ads, etc.).
  • Capable of tailoring strategies to different audiences, with strong skills in post-execution analysis and optimization.
  • Highly responsible, resilient under pressure.
  • Adaptable to diverse team collaboration and strong time management skills.
  • Flexible in a rapidly changing market environment and quick learner.
  • Passionate, creative, strong in communication and coordination.
  • Good proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage social media campaigns and strategies for gaming marketing, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Write and optimize ad copy, and plan creative materials.
  • Plan and execute online/offline campaigns, including performance tracking and data analysis.
  • Develop, execute, and negotiate cross-industry collaboration projects.
  • Evaluate the suitability of KOLs and influencers across different platforms.
  • Promote and maintain product and brand image.

  • Strong in data analysis and number-sensitive.
  • Experience in online advertising operations and social media management.
  • Experience in planning and executing live streaming campaigns.
  • Passionate about gaming and betting, with strong enthusiasm for the industry.

  • Resilient, with strong perseverance, not afraid of rejection.
