QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Office Administration, Accounting or any IT Admin or Computer-related course
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in an IT Admin function
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, organizational discipline, ability to prioritize and multi-ask, as needed
- Knowledgeable in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications. Able to do and analyze reports and data using basic Excel functions and formulas (Spreadsheet, Pivot, Vlookup, etc.)
- Possesses strong focus on optimizing workflows, data management, and automation
- Knowledge and skills in Project Management tools is an advantage
- Full-time (daily) onsite assignment at BGC Inoza Tower Office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inventory of company-issued devices
- Management of monthly telco, internet payments ensuring on-time processing and coordination with Finance
- Monthly accrual of issued devices
- Coordination on loss and repairs of issued devices
- Coordination with various suppliers for the purchasing of IT requirements and makes follow-ups, as necessary
- Provides significant inputs in improving workflow and reporting for the team and IT in general
- All department activities, company initiatives and tasks that may be assigned from time to time
