Global Consumer Care Content Analyst Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Global Consumer Care (GCC) Content Analyst Support will provide content management services for the Consumer Care

organizations. The Analyst will coordinate content management activities, execute content-related change controls, and escalate

to the project business leads when a technical task becomes at risk for completing on time. The prospective candidate will

support the planning, architecting, building, and testing of technical tools to support the organizations.

This role is charged with supporting projects and operational activities with the development of business tools and project

coordination. The types of decision making or problem solving required for this position are confined to the software

development and business analysis disciplines. Example tasks include:

· Building VB prototypes, along with the updating of VBA scripts, that will automate the business process steps.

· Build code in VB and Power BI to merge reports automatically and periodically, from different data sources, producing a

single, comprehensive report and placing the generated report in a file share.

· Maintaining and implementing enhancements to the Excel Smart sheets that will automatically execute a series of

operational steps.

· Execute content-management change controls as part of business continuity as needed.

The position is expected to make recommendations but does not require making project or business operational decisions.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, the prospective candidate must:


• Have excellent/proficient written and spoken communication skills in English.


• Have proficiency in data/knowledge management systems and supporting automation tools and applications;

experience in data hierarchies required.


• Have experience working in a Pharmaceutical and/or CPG reporting & analytics environment.

Other qualifications for this role are as follows:

· Proven track-record in development of Visual Basic macros and Tableau business process dashboards.

· Proficient in Visual Basic macros development required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; SQL programming experience a plus.

· Understanding of content management supporting systems operations; experience in product configurations a plus.

· Good technical and analytical skills with the proficiency to pinpoint data anomalies in records based on analysis

required.

· Quick study who can rapidly gather, understand, and document user requirements.

· Creative and positive problem solver with strong analytical skills and ability to pinpoint problems based on analysis

required.

· Passion for software development, detail orientated yet able "to see the forest through the trees" required.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of audiences required.

· Ability to work successfully independently or in collaboration required.

· Exercises good judgment.

Educational Attainment:

· Bachelor's Degree

Work Schedule (Day Shift/ Mid Shift/ Night Shift):

· 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM pm Philippine Time Monday through Friday
