The HR Employee Engagement and Training & Development Officer is responsible for designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, planning and executing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with DOLE and labor regulations. The role focuses on enhancing employee performance, satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate employee engagement programs to promote a positive and productive work culture
  • Plan, coordinate, and conduct training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs
  • Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training plans
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, labor laws, and mandatory reports
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for DOLE inspections and requirements
  • Assist in policy development, employee communications, and HR initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers and facilitators
  • Support company events
  • Maintain accurate training records and employee engagement documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
