Customer Service Representative

Amacor Trading Int'l. Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team As an integral part of our office, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, with a focus on Customer Service related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact person for all client-related concerns.
- Respond to different client inquiries via phone call, email, Facebook page and attend to walk-in clients.
- Manages Amacor's Shopee account - checks for orders, maintain correct stocking, and processes Shopee orders.
- Should be knowledgeable and updated with the pricelist of all Amacor products.
- Sends quotations to prospective clients and follows up on quotations as needed.
- Sends company profile and product list to prospects.
- Reviews Bulk Purchase Orders and SubCon balances.
- Monitor excel file of both Daily and Bulk Purchase Orders and coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding status of POs and schedule of deliveries.
- Encodes Bulk Purchase Orders in the system.
- Prints Purchase Orders and confirms delivery receipt with the clients.
- Visit clients as needed to maintain partnership relations and check on their concerns.
- Maintains and updates MOA of all existing clients.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
- Experience with Customer Service is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Editing skills or knowledge in using editing apps or software is a plus (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Street smart with the ability to navigate various situations effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
