  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Preferably Licensed Engineer
  • At least 3 years related work experience
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in construction and maintenance
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and structural plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or other civil engineering software.
