We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, API integration, and microservices architecture, combined with proven experience in leading development teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can provide both technical leadership and hands-on development expertise, ensuring high-quality deliverables and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java development, with 1–2 years in a team lead or technical lead capacity.
  • Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proven ability to create technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities
