Business Analyst

Job Role and Description:

As a Business Analyst at Denova, you will play a crucial role in digital Source-to-Pay (S2P) system implementations, process optimizations and delivering continuous improvement activities for our clients. This position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and grow in a dynamic IT and Business consulting environment. You will work closely with other analysts, project managers, and clients to understand business needs, gather requirements, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

This role is open solely to fresh graduates based in the Philippines. You will work on a fully-remote setup, following mid-shift hours (3 PM to 12 MN Philippine Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through client meetings, workshops, and research.

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business decisions.

• Support the design and implementation of Source to Pay systems, ensuring they meet client specifications and business objectives.

• Conduct business needs assessments to help clients digitize, automate and harmonize their business processes

• Participate in testing and validation processes to ensure system functionality and performance.

• Contribute to the creation of user documentation, process flows, training materials, and supportive materials.

• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.

• Provide training and support to clients on the use of Source to Pay systems.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Source to Pay systems and business analysis.

• Engage in Internal Denova Activities (blog and article writing, conducting research, creating posts for social media, and being Denova brand ambassador).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of business processes, particularly in Procurement and Accounts Payable, is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
