• Verify patient eligibility, authorizations, and claim status through payer portals; update demographics and insurance detai

• Research and resolve denied or unpaid claims, including EOB review, underpayment verification, and appeals preparati

• Communicate with insurance payers to secure payments and respond to documentation reques

• Prepare claims for audits and ensure accurate processing through collaboration with billing, coding, and payment tea

• Maintain HIPAA compliance, document all activities, and follow payer guidelines and submission requiremen

• Experience using Microsoft Word and Ex
