Clinic Operations Coordinator (Remote – Philippines)

Salary: USD $600–$900 per month

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila Time (flexible if shift changes)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinic Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role serves as a key link between the offshore team and on-site staff, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and efficient handling of administrative, insurance, and reporting tasks.

The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, organized, and eager to learn, with a professional and pleasant demeanor.Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Act as a coordination point between offshore and on-site teams; follow up on pending tasks, emails, and internal communications
  • Patient & Insurance Support: Generate reports related to patient encounters or authorizations; assist with insurance-related tasks and eligibility verification
  • Licensing & Compliance: Support clinic licensing processes and interactions with California government agencies (CDPH, DHCS, PECOS, NPI)
  • Social Media Support: Create and edit basic content using Canva; post updates on Facebook and Instagram
  • Documentation & EMR: Maintain accurate records in the EMR system (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus but not required)
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners; participate in training and process improvements as needed

Qualifications & Skills

Knowledge of California insurance systems and regulations

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus

Familiarity with licensing and government processes (CDPH, DHCS, PECOS, NPI)

Basic social media skills (Canva, Facebook, Instagram)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Professional and pleasant personality

  • Ability to work 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Manila Time (with flexibility if shifts change)

Compensation & Benefits

Important Note

This is a long-term remote position offered under an Independent Contractor agreement.

  • Candidates must provide their own equipment and maintain a reliable internet connection
  • Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits

Payments are made bi-monthly (twice a month)

Pay: Php33, Php51,300.00 per month
