KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Training & Education

Develop and deliver technical training on automotive systems, tools, and technologies. Create training materials tailored to various skill levels.

2. Mentorship

Provide one-on-one coaching to sales and other teams to strengthen technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

3. Knowledge Sharing

Lead workshops, learning sessions, and updates to ensure teams stay aligned with industry trends, standards, and best practices.

4. Technical Documentation

Prepare clear and updated technical manuals, guides, and reference materials for internal use.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with different departments to ensure technical knowledge supports company goals and customer needs.

6. Technical Support & Problem Solving

Offer expert troubleshooting and hands-on guidance for complex automotive issues.

7. Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in skills and processes; drive initiatives that improve technical proficiency and productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years in mechanical engineering.

• 1–2 years in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Engine repair & troubleshooting

• Transmission (manual & automatic)

• Brake systems (incl. ABS)

• Suspension & steering

• Electrical & wiring

• Fuel & emission systems

• Exhaust maintenance

• Auto parts identification

• Technical support for sales/customer service

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Teaching or mentoring experience

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting ability

• Ability to lead training initiatives and work cross-functionally

• Strong leadership and a collaborative mindset
