DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of production workers, ensuring they adhere to schedules and production targets.
  • Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation, and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
  • Develop production schedules and ensure that production targets are met efficiently.
  • Ensure the optimal use of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate workflow to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of production, including quantities produced, quality control checks, and equipment maintenance.
  • Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure an uninterrupted production flow.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure a seamless production process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least College level/Vocational/Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field is often preferred.
  • At least 6 months of experience related to food processing/supervisory level
  • Understanding of quality control procedures, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and other relevant industry standards.
  • Willing to work fully onsite (Monday to Saturday) in Merville, Paranaque.

Job Type: Full-time
