Job Description:
Ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks within the organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while providing support to various departments.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and office documents.
- Support team members with clerical tasks and project-related activities.
- Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and coordinate with suppliers when needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate internal communications and help organize office activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
