  • Kitchen Equipment Handling: Operate various kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers, ensuring proper usage and safety.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations..
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving and storing supplies, and monitoring recording of kitchen production
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or similar fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
