Job Description

· Supervise the installation of electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).

· Oversee the integration and installation of subsystems such as ICT system, fare collection systems, turnstile gates, CCTV, Wi-Fi, network, telephone, electrical and ELV cabling, conduit, cable tray, and grounding.

· Review and validate electrical designs, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.

· Ensure all works conform to applicable standards including Philippine Electrical Code, NEC, IEC, IEEE, Philippine Building Code, and BP 344.

· Conduct inspections and testing during Pre-Installation and Commissioning Operations (PICO).

· Prepare and manage documentation for handover, including test reports, as-built drawings, and compliance certificates.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely and quality execution.

· Assist in resolving site issues and implementing corrective actions.

· Ensure safety compliance and support construction safety programs.

· Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and approvals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC registration is mandatory).

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction projects involving electrical systems and subsystems.

· Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, calculations, and standards.

· Familiarity with PICO, commissioning, and handover procedures.

· Experience with UPS systems and low-voltage installations.

· Proficient in MS Office, Visio; AutoCAD use is preferred but not required.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

· Willing to work on-site and adapt to project schedules.
