Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience Level: 6 months – 1 year of experience in payroll or accounting. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; capable of working with minimal supervision; solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard workweek; may require occasional overtime during payroll cycle peaks.
