Overview

Finance and Bookkeeping Associate at KDCI Outsourcing. The role involves independently managing complex international payroll processes across the United States, United Kingdom, Malta, and Australia. This requires advanced regulatory knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to navigate and advise on payroll nuances per country and state with zero ramp-up.

Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll across multiple jurisdictions (US – including multi-state variations, UK, Malta, and Australia).
  • Handle all payroll-related tax filings, including jurisdiction-specific deductions and employer obligations.
  • Manage compensation structures, statutory contributions, and benefits processing per country.
  • Ensure full compliance with local employment and tax regulations.
  • Serve as an internal advisor on payroll compliance and reporting.
  • Demonstrate 2–3 years of experience in global payroll operations, with advanced knowledge of state-specific payroll taxation in the US.
  • Proven experience working across US, UK, Malta, and Australia payroll systems.
  • Deep familiarity with statutory requirements, employment law, and benefit systems.
  • Strong experience in using payroll systems and generating payroll reports.
  • Self-sufficient and capable of providing advisory input to management.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in global payroll operations, with advanced knowledge of state-specific payroll taxation in the US.
  • Proven experience working across US, UK, Malta, and Australia payroll systems.
  • Deep familiarity with statutory requirements, employment law, and benefit systems.
  • Strong experience in using payroll systems and generating payroll reports.
