Job Description

  • Perform 3rd level support to all customers, infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 12+ years of SAP Basis/Technical Architecture experience.
  • Strong SAP experience in analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering SAP Technical Architecture Solutions on public cloud.
  • Analyzing the required architecture of the customers to propose high-level technical solutions in complex environments and structures
  • Strong expertise knowledge and hands-on experiences in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SLT, BOBJ, PO and SAP upgrades/migrations.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP on GCP (IaaS/PaaS) along with other cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience in HA and DR setup for HANA system and good to have knowledge on other databases (Max-DB/Sybase)
  • Solid background in performance tuning, workload analysis, backup/recovery, and system refreshes.
  • Guide and support Basis teams during build and production support phases.
  • Understanding of performance management systems would be advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others.
