JOB OVERVIEW:

The Cashier at Ladurée Philippines plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience by ensuring seamless, accurate, and courteous transaction processing. As the frontline representative of our brand, the Cashier contributes directly to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the upholding of Ladurée's prestigious reputation. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and exemplary interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming environment aligned with our high standards of service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transaction Management & Accuracy

  • Operate the POS system to process sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Verify prices, apply discounts or promotions correctly, and handle cash and card payments securely.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting discrepancies promptly.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and security protocols to prevent loss or theft.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least High School graduate; hospitality-related education is an advantage
  • With experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a luxury café or restaurant
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Honest, reliable, and punctual

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:

  • Location: BGC, Taguig City
  • Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours
  • Work Setup: Full time and onsite
