Sure-Spot Distribution Corporation is currently hiring for one Finance Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking, Posting, Updating and Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable to Supplier
  • Gather and prepare necessary supporting documents as attachment to any Claims to Supplier.
  • Coordinates with other concerned department involved in any Claims to Supplier like but not limited to AR-Trade In charge, Sales, Promo & Merchandising Coordinator (PMC) and Head Office In charge.
  • Encodes Statement of Account submitted by TAS
  • Prepares Credit Memo as supporting document of any trade deductions related to AR to Supplier
  • Ensures system is balanced with manual ARS Report
  • Ensures that all trade deductions posted in the system are applied and billed accordingly
  • Ensures accuracy of billing and checks tax implication
  • Preparation of ARS Reports
  • File documents including but not limited to: Credit Memos, SOA's and Collection Copies
  • Generates supplier related reports
  • Assists in conducting credit investigation of the accounts
  • Accepts and Performs such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of finance / accounting / banking / business administration or equivalent courses
  • Fast typing speed
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Can work with minimum supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php13, Php13,500.00 per month
