I. COURSE DESIGN
- Designs and develops self-paced, modular learning pathways using Coursera tools
- Aligns curricula, competencies, and microcredentials with OBE-based syllabi
- Creates assessment rubrics and progression maps to support flexible, outcome-driven learning
II. INSTRUCTIONAL DELIVERY
- Facilitates fully asynchronous learning by implementing LMS-integrated content delivery, structured self-guidance, and scalable instructional resources
- Monitors student progress data to provide timely interventions and support learner autonomy
- Conduct three (3) checkpoints (prelim, midterm, and finals) to monitor learner progress, verify course engagement, address emerging issues, and ensure alignment with academic timelines and performance expectations.
III. STUDENT ENGAGEMENT
- Designs and implements engagement strategies such as automated nudges, gamification, peer communities, and virtual events to foster active learning
- Facilitates collaborative learning through mentorship programs, study groups, and online discussion forums
- Monitors engagement data to identify at-risk students and deploy timely interventions
IV. STUDENT ASSISTANCE
- Provides learner support as needed.
- Provides technical assistance and creates self-help resources, including tutorials and troubleshooting guides, for Coursera navigation and access
- Coordinates with Coursera support and facilitates peer-led networks to enhance user assistance and maintain response time standards
V. COURSE ANALYTICS AND REPORTING
- Generates and analyzes dashboard reports to track student engagement, completion rates, competency achievement, and skill progression
- Applies data visualization and predictive analytics to assess learning effectiveness, identify trends, and inform timely interventions
- Develops benchmarking reports to evaluate program performance against internal goals and industry standards
VI. OVERALL COURSE DOCUMENTATION
- Maintains detailed documentation of learning pathways, assessment criteria, and student workflows for tracking progress and credentialing
- Develops operational manuals, training materials, and integration guides to support program replication, faculty onboarding, and platform alignment
- Ensures compliance with accreditation standards through organized quality assurance and continuous improvement documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
