About this opportunity: In this position, you will manage and lead respective sub-units within the organization in the delivery of quality support and services to Ericsson employees globally through efficiency in operations and cost while maintaining good customer experience.
What you will do:
- Monitors services being delivered to ensure adherence to SDA and SLA.
- Supports the implementation and achievement KPIs for their respective sub-units and ensuring positive customer experience, including Service Performance Reviews.
- Escalates foreseen critical and customer related issues to the manager.
- Addresses any escalation point in collaboration with the respective Team Lead.
- Drives continuous process improvements at the respective sub-unit.
- Tracks other potential service opportunities and assist in work creation/migration
- Supports and helps the achievement of budget targets within their respective sub-unit and for the whole unit.
- Performs as department manager for and part of Core Leadership Team.

Job Description
- Conduct training needs analysis and competency gap assessments for current and future business requirements
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs across functional, governance, and community areas
- Prepare and consolidate the annual Training Plan in coordination with HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and external providers
- Facilitate training sessions and implement follow-through interventions to ensure learning application in the workplace
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and report results to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads to enhance curriculum relevance and impact
- Support change management and talent development initiatives to drive adoption of strategic and operational changes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and certify internal trainers
- Maintain and update the Talent Development Microsite with relevant content
- Act as LinkedIn Learning (LIL) administrator, handling user support, reporting, and content management
- Oversee the coordination and delivery of requirements across all stages of the Learning Management Platform
- Lead internal communications related to Talent Development, including training calendars and program announcements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development or related HR roles, with exposure to learning program design, evaluation, and end-to-end implementation
- Proficient in digital tools and content creation platforms such as Canva, Powtoon, Synthesia; and familiar with LMS platforms like SuccessFactors or Cypher Learning
- Experience using eLearning content libraries (e.g., LinkedIn Learning) and working knowledge of G Suite
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in another Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese) is a plus

We are now looking for an HR Delivery Specialist to join our Shared Service Center team, with a primary focus on global leadership training administration. In this role, you will coordinate and manage leadership development programs end-to-end, working closely with training vendors, Talent & Learning SMEs, and leaders across the company globally. You will ensure smooth program execution, manage related data and reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement of training processes.

You will
- Administer global leadership development programs end-to-end, including scheduling, participant communication, and post-program follow-up.
- Coordinate with training vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials, sessions, and services.
- Collaborate with internal Talent & Learning SMEs and leaders globally to align programs with business needs.
- Execute HR policies and processes related to learning and leadership development.
- Deliver high-quality HR services with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise in program administration and vendor coordination.
- Support HR delivery projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
- Manage training-related data, prepare reports, and provide analytics for program evaluation.
To be successful in the role you must have
2–3 years of experience in HR Delivery, Learning & Development administration, or a related field with strong potential will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PowerApps and Power Automate is an advantage.
Experience working with global teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Background in training administration or leadership development is an advantage.
Experience in reporting and analytics.

Join our Global HR Shared Services – Talent and Learning Operations team, which supports critical HR processes across Manila, New Delhi, and Romania. Lead a multicultural team to deliver end-to-end talent and learning services, drive process excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with global HR policies and data-privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of HR operations specialists across multiple geographies
