About the Role

As the Executive Business Partner (Executive Assistant), you won't be limited to calendar management or admin tasks. Instead, you'll work side-by-side with the executive as a strategic partner. You'll design systems, streamline workflows, analyse business challenges, and help drive smarter decisions across operations, technology, and strategy.

Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in operations, business analysis, or executive-level support
  • Leadership exposure (not necessarily managing a team, but taking initiative and ownership)
  • Tech-savviness with CRM tools (Zoho preferred, plus Monday, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to align with executive thinking
  • A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for innovation
  • Employee work setup will be dependent on the client's discretion
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Act as a thought partner to the executive, contributing growth-focused ideas and insights
  • Analyse workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build tech-enabled solutions for efficiency
  • Leverage Zoho (main tool) and other CRM platforms to support operations and reporting
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve productivity and competitiveness
  • Support cross-functional areas (marketing, design, sales) by helping design scalable systems
  • Take ownership of problem-solving and decision support in day-to-day executive operations
