Hydraulics Engineer

Role: Specialized in hydraulic design of water conveyance systems (pipes, channels, pumps). Ensures hydraulic aspects of plant (process flow, pumping, piping networks) are properly designed.
Experience: 5 to 10 years relevant experience
Designed at least one water treatment plant (~50 MLD) or similar fluid process system; experience in hydraulic modeling.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; proficient in hydraulic modeling software; knowledge of pump and pipe standards (e.g. AWWA/ANSI standards for water pipelines).
Key Competencies: Pump head calculations, open-channel flow design, surge analysis, flow measurement and control strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
