Key Qualifications:

  • Completed at least 2nd year in college with no back subjects.
  • Experience in Team lead role in contact center environment for at least 2 years is a MUST
  • Background in Financial account in leadership role is a PLUS
  • Amenable to start ASAP.
  • Should be wiling to work on-site.

***Operations Supervisor is required to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of production teams reporting directly to him/her. This includes ensuring that the team delivers as per set expectations while maintaining the required quality standards and achieving business SLA's and KPI's while aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.***

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php45,000.00 per month
