Performs Marketing and Communications tasks supporting APAC RHO, AU and existing PRD subscriptions following the specified SLAs. This role supports on presentations, research, digital, editorial and design services in line with our DB Schenker's corporate branding.

Performs Company's Website Management using different modules within the CoreMedia system supporting all regions (APAC, MEA, EU, Americas) including the Global Head Office following the specified SLAs per cluster.

PRD US creates QBR and MBR presentations supporting different Account Managers in the US. This role performs consolidation and analyzation of reports to be incorporated into a presentation following our corporate design guidelines. The task also includes market research and Intranet updates.

Marketing Automation Global

  • Assists in the setup, testing, and deployment of automated campaigns within Oracle Eloqua (or other marketing automation platforms), ensuring alignment with DSV's corporate design and communication standards.
  • Performs campaign-related database management including segmentation, list uploads, and contact data maintenance to support accurate targeting and reporting.
  • Supports in quality assurance checks, tracking, and post-campaign analysis to ensure optimal performance and compliance with data management standards.
  • Supports collaboration with regional and global marketing teams on campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms. This includes coordinating with content, design, and digital teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines, brand consistency, and messaging accuracy.

Primary Qualifications:

  • Has strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing automation processes and workflows.
  • Has good oral and written communication skills and can collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
  • Is organized and analytical, capable of managing data and campaign information accurately.
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot issues in campaign setup, testing, and deployment.
  • Is adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
  • Shows ownership and initiative in maintaining campaign quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Displays enthusiasm to support the team whenever necessary, even beyond standard work hours or assigned tasks.

Secondary Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in marketing automation platforms such as Oracle Eloqua, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and email template editing is a plus.
  • Experience in data management, segmentation, and contact database maintenance is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance tracking, reporting, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as content, design, and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, personalization, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), is a plus.
