About the role

Join the procurement team at Golden Tree Restaurant and Services Inc.', a leading provider of restaurant and hospitality services in the Philippines. As a Purchasing professional, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality supplies and materials to support the seamless operations of our multiple locations in Lipa City Batangas. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and plan procurement needs
  2. Research and evaluate suppliers to identify the best options in terms of quality, cost, and reliability
  3. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to ensure favourable terms and on-time delivery
  4. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records
  5. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive cost savings
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on procurement activities
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  2. Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using procurement software and inventory management systems
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
