ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Level 2 IT Support Engineer, you will deliver advanced technical support for MSP partners and clients, troubleshoot complex issues, resolve tickets promptly, and monitor systems to prevent problems.

Incident Management and Ticket Resolutions

  • Address issues and service requests that relates to all technology, from workstations, servers, tablets, printers, phones, networks, vendor specific hardware, and software
  • Additional general administration tasks

Monitoring and Management of System Alerts

  • Proactively monitor various IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications, to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Other key responsibilities

  • Documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Communication with customers

ABOUT YOU AND YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • More than 3+ years of required experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar technical support role
  • Expertise in Active Directory Administrations, Microsoft O365, BrightGauge, ITGlue, and/or AutoTask/Connectwise, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft Windows Server Administrations
  • Familiarity with IT monitoring tools and incident management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE: Alabang Day or Night
