About the role

Zuellig Pharma Corporation is seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team in Sun Valley, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maximize sales potential through timely reconciliation and rebooking of all open/unserved POs from the different private hospitals.
  2. Resolve bounced orders within 48 hours to ensure compliance on the delivery lead time set by the hospitals.
  3. Focus is on the overall improvement of Service Level and Fill Rate
  4. Provide the hospitals with feedback regarding status of their submitted orders through sending of OMR report on a regular basis.
  5. Facilitate request, completion and consolidation of various accreditation documents to satisfy the requirement of the hospitals.
  6. Ensure timely maintenance of special price in coordination with all stakeholders
  7. Monitor leadtime and facilitate coordination to the different warehouses for any delivery related concerns (e.g. requests for rush deliveries)

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  3. Proactive and adaptable with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficient in using MS Excel
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
