Job Title: MHE Operator

Location: Pandacan Manila

Job Summary:

The MHE Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial trucks and other equipment to move, stack, load, or unload materials and products. This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring materials are moved to their correct locations on time and without damage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate MHE such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment.

· Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.

· Move materials/products to designated storage areas or staging zones.

· Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

· Ensure the accurate placement of inventory using barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all material handling operations.

· Assist with inventory cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO), and shelf restocking.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.

· Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or damaged goods to the supervisor.

· Support other warehouse functions as needed (e.g., packing, labeling, shipping/receiving).

Qualifications & Skills:

· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Valid MHE or forklift operator certification.

· Proven experience operating one or more types of MHE.

· Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and material handling best practices.

· Basic knowledge of inventory systems or WMS.

· Ability to lift heavy items (typically up to 50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods.

· Good communication skills and attention to detail.

· Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Safety & Compliance:

· Adhere to OSHA and company-specific safety guidelines.

· Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

· Participate in ongoing safety and equipment training.
