What You'll Do:

As a Functional Consultant, you'll be at the frontline of business transformation — solving real problems, not stuck doing repetitive tasks.

Your role will include:

  • Leading or assisting in client discovery workshops to understand business processes
  • Configuring and customizing Oracle NetSuite solutions to meet client needs
  • Supporting training sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation
  • Collaborating with project managers and technical teams for smooth implementation
  • Providing post-go-live support and ongoing solution improvements

Who We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Accounting, Business, MIS, or related fields
  • Experience in ERP/accounting systems is a plus, but not required
  • 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience required
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
