Job Purpose

The Product Manager leads the company's marketing function by setting strategic direction, managing resources, and guiding the marketing team toward measurable business growth. The role is accountable for brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion while ensuring marketing initiatives directly support company objectives and values.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the company's overall marketing strategy and brand direction.
  • Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring high performance and career growth.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, and events) with measurable ROI.
  • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Strengthen partnerships with clinics, dealers, and professional associations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to support revenue growth.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize resources for maximum impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical technology is an advantage but not required.
