  • Oversee daily front office functions, including reception, concierge, reservations, and guest services.
  • Analyze market trends, historical data, and competitor pricing to set dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Manage room inventory and optimize distribution across all sales channels (OTA, GDS, direct bookings).
  • Forecast revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to support business planning.
  • Monitor and ensure rate parity across channels and adjust pricing based on demand and performance.
  • Produce and present revenue performance reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align strategies and drive RevPAR growth.
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and resolving issues promptly.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth room turnover and guest readiness.
  • Manage front desk budget, payroll, and departmental expenses.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5yrs work experience as FOM or or Revenue Manager.
  • Knowledgeable in P&L, Revenue Management, Client Relations Management, Property Management Systems or reservation systems
  • Computer literate.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
  • Must be willing to work in Bolbok, Batangas City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
