Front Office and Revenue Manager

- Oversee daily front office functions, including reception, concierge, reservations, and guest services.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and competitor pricing to set dynamic pricing strategies.
- Manage room inventory and optimize distribution across all sales channels (OTA, GDS, direct bookings).
- Forecast revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to support business planning.
- Monitor and ensure rate parity across channels and adjust pricing based on demand and performance.
- Produce and present revenue performance reports to senior management.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align strategies and drive RevPAR growth.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service excellence and resolving issues promptly.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front office staff.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure smooth room turnover and guest readiness.
- Manage front desk budget, payroll, and departmental expenses.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 5yrs work experience as FOM or or Revenue Manager.
- Knowledgeable in P&L, Revenue Management, Client Relations Management, Property Management Systems or reservation systems
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work in Bolbok, Batangas City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
