Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the social media strategy for our flagship game, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, across various platforms. This individual should be fluent in Mandarin and have a deep understanding of the Philippine market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
  • Manage the social media calendar and coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with influencers and other partners to create engaging campaigns that drive user engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Ensure that all social media content and communications align with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team on social media performance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media expert or similar role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
