Western Visayas, Philippines Southcentral Hardware Distributor Inc. Full time ₱20,000 - ₱40,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Has Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Distribution Industry or a similar role
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving both short- and long-term objectives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high-pressure environments
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong leadership capabilities: Experience in supervising and motivating teams to meet targets and improve performance
  • Ability to develop and mentor team members to help them grow professionally
  • Has Valid driver's license
  • Ability to understand, speak, and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including email, PowerPoint, Excel); additional experience with distribution software a plus
  • Willing to handle territories across NEGROS AND PANAY
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Available to start ASAP
