WFH - Back End Web Designer/Developer

Are you experienced in WordPress development and passionate about creating engaging, dynamic websites? We're looking for a skilled Web Content & Development Specialist to join our growing team. If you enjoy customizing website structures, building intuitive layouts, and optimizing user experience — this is your chance to make an impact.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our website's content structures using JetEngine and Crocoblock. You'll build and style Elementor templates for various sections like Events, Things to Do, and Business Directory, ensuring a visually cohesive brand experience. You'll also work on integrating and refining WooCommerce for ticketing and memberships, managing backend logic for event submissions, filtering, and recurring listings.

We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented and proactive — capable of troubleshooting issues, collaborating with internal teams to improve site performance and scalability, and maintaining best practices for site security and stability. Monthly Rate: Php 120,000+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 35 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible hours but must be available for meetings on EDT timezone

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are based on hourly rates and depend on performance in the application process.

• Develop, customize, and maintain dynamic content structures using JetEngine and Crocoblock

• Proven experience with WordPress development, including customization and maintenance of themes and plugins
• Strong proficiency in JetEngine and Crocoblock tools for creating dynamic content structures
• Extensive experience building and styling Elementor templates (e.g., Events, Things to Do, Business Directory)
• Knowledge of WooCommerce integration with hands-on experience in ticketing and membership workflows
• Ability to create visually appealing front-end layouts aligned with brand identity
• Experience managing backend processes for event submissions and recurring listings
• Strong troubleshooting skills in WordPress, PHP, and plugin-related issues
• Excellent collaboration skills and attention to performance, scalability, and UX
• Understanding of version control, website security, and performance optimization best practices
