Primary Role Purpose

Reporting to the Squad Lead, the Web Back-End Developer designs, develops, and deploys software enhancements aligned with business requirements. The role demands strong experience in
Coveo for Sitecore
, including indexing, field mapping, query pipeline configuration, and integration with Sitecore content. Expertise in
Azure PaaS
,
Sitecore Headless architecture (Layout Service, GraphQL)
, and collaboration with front-end developers for
JSS-based integrations
is essential. Candidates must be proficient in
Sitecore 10.x+
,
Helix architecture
,
serialization
, and
modern deployment approaches
. Knowledge of content modeling, Sitecore templates, renderings, and personalization strategies is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Development

• Deliver quality, maintainable code that meets business and technical requirements.
• Implement, configure, and support applications (e.g., Coveo, Sitecore).
• Analyze requirements and estimate effort; recommend technical solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and participate in code reviews, testing, and releases.
• Provide post-release and production support within defined SLAs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure data protection compliance.
• Update assigned Jira activities with progress and comments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and proactively manage task timelines, risks, and issues.

• Adhere to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  (Essential).

Experience

• 5+ years
  in a similar backend developer role.
• Experience working in
  Agile environments (Jira preferred)
