About the Role

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll design, develop, and deploy web-based services and applications using .NET and modern front-end frameworks. You'll collaborate with peers, mentor team members, and ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and built to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to define requirements and build effective solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance .NET applications; troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Develop and optimize databases (queries, triggers, stored procedures).
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  • Work closely with QA for high-quality deliverables.
  • Document systems with flowcharts and technical documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to deliver projects on time.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in
    C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, OAuth, IIS, WCF
    .
  • Experience with
    AngularJS, ReactJS, , , AJAX
    .
  • Solid experience in
    SQL Server
    and
    NoSQL databases
    .
  • Familiarity with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, NHibernate, LINQ).
  • Strong OOP fundamentals and clean coding practices.
  • Experience with version control (Git/SVN).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
  • Ability to start
    ASAP or within 30 days
    .

  • AWS cloud experience.
