The PeopleSoft Developer / Programmer Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting system-level applications within the PeopleSoft environment. This role covers the entire software development lifecycle—from requirement analysis and coding to testing, deployment, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and components.
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements, write and debug code, and perform unit testing.
  • Integrate system components and ensure quality assurance prior to deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development artifacts.
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with project and support teams.
  • Participate in project planning, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Make sound technical decisions and act independently on assigned projects.

Skills Requirements
  • Experience: 3–5 years of programming experience in PeopleTools and PeopleCode.

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.

  • Strong knowledge in SQL and Oracle Database.
  • Knowledge in DB2 or Mainframe environments is a plus.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • Work Setup: Must be onsite and willing to work on a shifting schedule as needed.
