  • Oversees the flow of cash and financial instruments;
  • Plans and directs the activities of accounting staffs;
  • Prepares reports as required by law, regulations or company policies;
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and procedures;
  • Producing long-term business plans;
  • Undertakes research into pricing, competitors, and factors affecting performance;
  • Manages budgets, controls income, cash flow, expenditure and carries out business modeling and risk assessments.
